  • Will try out some new songs this night: “One Stone/Two Birds” and “Love Potion #10”. We’ll be happy to have Dana playing violin with us again. Watch all seven of us fall of the stage.

    • Here’s an old song re-recorded for folks who enjoy sad-bastard music around the holidays. “Same Old New Year’s” is about the lonely days when you’re vacuuming up the tinsel and making your way down to the compost heap.

  • Parking Lot Visionaries

We’re excited to be performing “Jungleland” at WXPN’s Philly Local Salute to Bruce Springsteen. The station is celebrating Springsteen’s 60th birthday with a show on Wednesday, September 23rd. The focus of the show will be the live performances of the songs off the 1975 Born to Run album—each song played by a different local act. We’re thankful to DJ Helen Leicht for including us in the performance. Get ready for a ten-minute epic!

  • Gangster Love

Finishing up a song called “Going to the Mattresses”—an old gangster phrase for holing up in a safehouse somewhere.
